Get to know lacrosse, the club and your future teammates in only a month

Our introduction period starts with four open mixed practices, the first one on Monday, the 30th of August at the USC sports fields, located on Einsteinweg 6, Leiden.

Want to see if lacrosse is something for you? Join us on

Monday 30/08, Thursday 02/09, Monday 06/09 or Thursday 09/09 at 18:30-20:00! No strings attached, just an amazing opportunity to try the sport and get to know the Leicrosse club members.

The rest of September will be dedicated to practice, social drinks and fun activities like a BBQ, pubquiz and party night. After your first intro practices, you decide if you want to join our intro month for only €15! Plus, you'll get a full refund when you become a member afterwards!
